Bubba Kush Strain Review

Bubba Kush is arguably one of the most well-known strains in Northern America. This is a powerful strain, a favorite among numerous users.

Highlights of the Strain

One of the primary features of Bubba Kush is its tranquilizing effects on the user. The muscles are typically effected, causing them to relax and induce an almost stupor-like state. This makes Bubba Kush effective at reducing stress-related problems and also to overcome insomnia. One of the main ways that this strain is used is to overcome physical pain. While Bubba Kush has a heavy impact on the body, the mind remains uplifted and happy.

The strain has tested at maintaining between 18 and 22 percent THC levels. The CBD levels stand between 0.06 and 0.01 percent.

Bubba Kush is an indica strain. Nonetheless, the mother plant of this strain remains unknown although many consider it to be Northern Lights. The original strain was definitely indica, however. The other parent is the hybrid OG Kush.

The overall flavor of the strain is a sweet, hashish-like taste. There are also undertones of both coffee and chocolate as well.

Grow Info

Bubba Kush favors hydroponic growers as the plants do not grow very tall. It is best to grow these plants inside as they require dry and moderate climates and respond poorly to much moisture. The plants finish flowering in eight to nine weeks and can produce a slightly above average yield of.

This is another strain that stretches a lot during the first couple of weeks of flowering and you want to be careful that you give the plants the space they will need to grow. Bubba Kush is a moderately easy plant to grow but in my experience does much better indoors with a controlled climate. The classic taste and smell of Bubba Kush does mean though that if you choose to grow it outside while it may not have as high of a THC profile you will still be able to tell it is the real deal, Bubba Kush.
